01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the x777gg Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per User: Each individual may hold only one (1) x777gg account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. x777gg reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Notify x777gg promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Identity Verification (KYC): x777gg may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Non-Transferability: Your x777gg account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x777gg account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• x777gg staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to x777gg support immediately.
• You must notify x777gg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials.
• x777gg will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your x777gg account where available.

05 Deposits & Payments

x777gg accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based users:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Philippine-issued)

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). x777gg does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which x777gg bears no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your x777gg account upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution.

x777gg reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law. All funds deposited into your x777gg account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Verified Account: Your x777gg account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Registered Payment Method: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your x777gg account and verified as belonging to you. x777gg does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

x777gg reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where x777gg has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

x777gg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. x777gg reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your x777gg account at any given time.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the x777gg Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

• Random Number Generation: All digital games on x777gg use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios. All live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant game as displayed on screen.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection, x777gg reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. x777gg's decision in such matters is final.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity fraud;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing x777gg staff or other users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any x777gg software.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the x777gg Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of x777gg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the x777gg Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any x777gg content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on x777gg content;
• Use x777gg's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;

12 Responsible Gaming

• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

x777gg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x777gg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

x777gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if x777gg reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
• Provided false information during registration or verification;
• Failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Become subject to a self-exclusion order or legal prohibition on gambling.

Upon termination for breach, x777gg reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting x777gg support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

x777gg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, x777gg will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the x777gg Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and x777gg, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting x777gg support. x777gg will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

x777gg operates in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Complaints relating to regulatory matters may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official channels.
